Dr Pip de Hamel – General Practitioner
I have been working intermittently at Wakefield Health Centre for the last 23 years, in between raising four sons. I am married to Richard and we have been doing up a lovely old home in the village for the last 23 years!
The best thing about general practice for me is the individuals who come to see me and it is a privileged job to get to know a person really well and to try and help when needed.
Outside of work I stand on the sideline of lots of sports fields being a proud mum. I enjoy walking, tramping, swimming and gardening, and I am an unreliable member of a book club!
